Pavilion VII Bedroom - Then and Now 360 Panorama

The stair in the original entry hall led to this room, located on the north side of the pavilion. It is unclear what original function this room had, as Pavilion VII was used for several purposes (including, but not limited to university library, the meeting place for the Board of Visitors, additional lecture space, and professor accommodations) before it became the Colonnade Club. Originally, what is now a door that provides access to the current stair hall to the west was a window. One would have had to walk up the stairs, through this room and through the triangular vestibule to the east to access the other upstairs room. This room now serves as a guestroom for the Colonnade Club, the only one situated in the original Jeffersonian pavilion.
