Moses (last name unknown), male, adult, is mentioned once in a September 8, 1825 entry in the Proctor's Daybook: "Sundries draft to Labour acct. John Gorman (P47173) for hire: Jim Price 8 days at Quarry (PL9354). . .Moses 3 days at Quarry, Wyatt (P47177) half day at Quarry. . .at $4.72."
