"Millner William A., pres[ident] Charlottesville Colored Agricultural & Industrial Fair Association and supt. The So[uthern] Mutual Aid Assn." (p.137); "Charlottesville Colored Agricultural & Industrial Fair Association, 280 W Main, W A Millner pres, Felix Bland (P48326) v-pres, J G Shelton sec-mgr, Charles Hopkins treas" (p.62).

The Directory also lists his home address: "home 329 Preston Ave" (p.137).
