"Horace H. Blunt," a photograph taken by Rufus W. Holsinger on September 18, 1914 (mislabelled, H. H. Bunt).

The Charlottesville City Directory, 1914-15 records the following about Mr. Blunt: "Blunt, Horace H. agt [agent] The So[uthern] Mutual Aid Assn h[ome] 407 W[est] Main" (p.45). 

The Southern Mutual Aid Association was an important African-American insurance company founded in Birmingham, Alabama by T. W. Walker. See also entry for W. A. Millner, superintendent of the Southern Mutual Aid Association.
